Cold War Rages Between Clooney, Zellweger!

Sparks are reportedly flying between former couple Renee Zellweger and George Clooney - but for all the wrong reasons. The stars have teamed up to star in a new sports film 'Leatherheads', a romantic comedy based around 1920s American football, but according to reports, things are not going as smoothly as bosses hoped. The Telegraph reports that Clooney stormed off while practicing between takes when the Bridget Jones star walked onto the pitch to join in the game while in full period costume. Clooney, who also wrote the screenplay, is helming the film. It revolves around an ageing sporting hero, played by him, who is the owner of an ailing team on the brink of collapse after losing their sponsor. Clooney's character picks a strait-laced college player to revive the club's fortunes, but the new coach ends up falling for his fiancee, played by Zellweger. Leatherheads is due to be released in UK in time for Valentine's Day in 2008
